Section 66
Rights of Securities Dealers
(1) The securities business license obtained by him shall not be suspended or revoked without giving a reasonable opportunity to the securities business. , the date on which the suspension or revocation will come into effect and the period of suspension in case of suspension shall be mentioned. (3) A securities dealer who is not satisfied with the decision to suspend or revoke the license of a securities dealer may appeal to the relevant High Court within thirty-five days from the date of such decision.
